Sipping my cup of water from my silver and black flask, I decided to put the blanket on the green grass near the lakes as I watched the ducks swimming and crows searching for food. However, the signage that says not allowed to feed them stops me to reflect upon it. Arguing in my head, why would the Government not allow it?
